• We will work for free until we secure a property with a tenant for you.

• The 90-day period begins after the property closes, not before.

• If property inspections reveal major issues, we will restart the search at no additional cost.

• Cash flow is defined as any positive income after expenses (even $1 profit).

• Tenant payment behavior is beyond our control (e.g., eviction, default, early lease termination).

• Clients must fulfill their responsibilities, including financing and covering property costs.
